Emad House in Shiraz

Shiraz is a major medical hub serving patients from across Iran and neighboring countries, yet it lacks specialized housing for transplant patients. Families face significant challenges, including:

  • High accommodation costs
  • Lack of proper patient facilities, and
  • Overcrowding in existing temporary housing options

This housing project will expand capacity, alleviate financial burdens, and create a stable, supportive environment for recovery.

Project Specifications

  • Location: Within the premises of the Amir Oncology Hospital located in Farhang Shahr, Shiraz. Amir Oncology Hospital is a non-profit teaching hospital and one of the largest specialized medical facilities in the country, and the only one in southern Iran that performs pediatric bone marrow transplants, serving patients from 13 provinces and seven countries.
  • Land Specifications: 320 square meters (3,444 square feet). The land is owned by the Amir Oncology Hospital.
  • Construction specifications: A five-story building with a total area of 1,600 square meters (17,222 square feet). The building will be permanently owned and operated by Khaneh Arman Emad,
